On the occasion of the Mid Autumn Festival, the School of Foreign Languages organized the "Gathering in the Mid Autumn Festival"activity. ,Deputy Secretary Liu, counselors and head teachers visited the students' dormitories and sent the Mid Autumn moon cakes prepared by the College to the students. The college student union organized interesting activities of welcoming the Mid Autumn Festival for the freshmen of 2022, which have been carried out in the college hall and the playground.

The leading teachers of the college talked with the freshmen during their dormitory visiting , asking them in detail about their families, feelings of entrance and adaptation to the new school environment. The freshmen also communicated with the teachers on their concerns. Deputy Secretary Liu expressed his hope that the students would adapt to college life as soon as possible, so they could set goals, make plans, make reasonable arrangement of their time, and according to the requirements of the school, fill in daily report and take timely part in nucleic acid test for epidemic control. He purposely told the freshmen to call the head teacher and counselor for help in case they have any difficulties sloving problems alone. As the Mid Autumn Festival approaching, the college prepared moon cakes for it, which were given to the freshmen of 2022 by the head teacher during the dormitory visit, so that everyone could feel the warmth of the college.

The activities for the Mid Autumn Festival have two parts: playing and singing. In the playing part, students not only enjoyed games, but also made new friends. The activity site was filled with laughter. In the "Wishing Message" activity, everyone wrote down their wishes and blessings on the notes, so that the moon could send the missing, and the dreams could take root in this land. The Wishing Wall carries the students' expectations for themselves and the future, and every blessing is worth cherishing and guarding. The Grassland Song Festival of was held in the northwest playground. "Singing the sea reflects the bright moon, and one song solves Acacia"

This song will be divided into three chapters: month to solve homesickness, full moon feelings, full moon dreams. Singers use soft singing voice to sing beautiful melody and convey warmth by moonlight to send comfort to students in foreign countries.

In the Mid Autumn Festival, we gather in the outer courtyard. Through dormitory visits and interesting activities, the opportunity for face-to-face communication between teachers and students has been increased.
