On September 9, the signing and awarding ceremony of employment practice base was held by Xinwang Hotel and School of Foreign Studies of Jiangnan University in the hotel. The dean of school of foreign studies, Fang Wenkai, together with faculty researcher, Huang Chengfang, deputy secretary of the college party committee, Liu Boxian, director of the foreign language training center, Ren Chengfang, and chairman of Xinwang Hotel, Tang Guozhong, general manager, Liu Zhenzhu, , deputy director of human resources, Zhang Taotao, secretary of the chairman Wu Jie and others attended the signing ceremony.

Before the beginning of the ceremony, the chairman of Xinwang Hotel, Tang Guozhong made a formal address. He firstly extended a warm welcome to the leaders of the school of foreign studies and expressed that the well-trained graduates of our school are well-matched to the demand of the enterprise’s development, which means this signing about co-building the employment practice base is an alliance between giants. After that, the deputy director of human resources, Zhang Taotao presented a introduction about the hotel’s development history, achievement, talent cultivation and enterprise’s culture, and wished for further communication and cooperation in the future. Then the dean of school of foreign studies, Fang Wenkai gave an introduction about the school’s basic information, majors and students’ cultivation and looked forward to the far-reaching significance of establishing the employment practice base in talent training. He emphasized that the integrated development of students requires both the theoretical learning in school and practical training out of school; the practice base is an effective way to achieve the integrated development of students. In the end of the ceremony, both parties agreed on the signing of the contract and completed the ceremony.
