University is a place to set sail, and dormitory is a warm harbor for life. In order to build a positive and healthy dormitory culture and create a good dormitory atmosphere, the final of the Elegant Dormitory Competition of the School of Foreign Languages was held in the second teaching building(2D108) in the afternoon of Nov. 24 as scheduled.

In the final round, the contestants mainly told the stories of their dormitories, showed the style of their dormitories and the warm friendship between their roommates. The first dormitory was 74-112. They showed the different styles of dormitory decoration. The dormitory has individuality and commonality, achieving the overall harmony. After that, the 74-118 dormitory, with the beautiful music, began to tell the story of their dormitory culture and dormitory decoration. And after the speech, they also had a singing talent show, showing us a friendly and warm collective impression. The next dormitory, 74-120, opened their presentation with a piece of “Good Luck”, and the atmosphere of the scene was enlivened by the humorous and funny narration of the contestants. The last dormitory, 74-103, showed the characteristics of their dormitory in a comprehensive way and also attached a video of the chorus of the dormitory students, showing the harmonious atmosphere of the dormitory.

This Elegant Dormitory Competition will further strengthen the dormitory culture construction and help the new students to integrate into the university life faster. We will use the elegant room competition as the starting point to pass on the dormitory culture, so that all students can leave the footprints of youth in the School of Foreign Languages, release the power of love and take every solid step.
