Course Title:  Stimulated Business Negotiation

Course Prerequisites:  Business English

Total Semester Credit Hours:  1 week

Course Description:

This course is designed for English major students to take in the third summer section. It is an intensive practice course with the purpose of enabling students with some principal knowledge and skills used in global communication and international business negotiation. Students are exposed to different styles of negotiating such as formal and informal, positional and co-operative, and effective strategies that demonstrate how both sides can achieve a successful outcome. With simulated negotiation practice, students can further experience the language habit and usage in the negotiation, diversify their cultural awareness, and enhance the abilities of public diplomacy and critical thinking.
